We made high-speed cutting a reality through the cutting resistance reducing effects that come from using pulse cutting as well as high-rigidity frames that use double-column guides.
In addition, we use built-in network-compatible CNC control devices and hybrid real-time cutting systems, and we made it possible to do high-speed cutting and for blades to have long service lives by using Amada's database of optimal cutting conditions. It then became possible to shorten the delivery time for thick objects and objects with large diameters.

Uses carbide bandsaw blades
■It has a "setting" type all-purpose carbide bandsaw blade that uses carbide chips on its tooth tips.
■It has Amada's very own unique ultra-high-precision polished finish on the flank faces and rake faces of the teeth tips as well as both sides.
■Up until now, high-speed steel blades used blades specially made for cutting extremely hard work materials that were difficult to cut.
